LUSAKA – The Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has announced the certification of the 2026 Register of Voters, concluding a meticulous data clean-up process that has seen the final number of eligible voters adjusted to 8,786,300. This figure marks a notable reduction from the provisional register, which initially stood at 8,888,912, underscoring the commission's commitment to maintaining a credible and accurate electoral roll ahead of the pivotal 2026 General Elections.
