LUSAKA – The Zambian government has once again affirmed its steadfast dedication to bringing tangible development to every corner of the nation, with a particular emphasis on the transformative potential of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF). This commitment was articulated by Muchinga Province Permanent Secretary, Mr. Tuesday Bwalya, who underscored the CDF as a pivotal instrument for grassroots development. Speaking on the government's development agenda, Mr. Bwalya emphasized that the CDF is not merely a financial allocation but a strategic tool designed to empower local communities to identify and implement projects that directly address their most pressing needs.
