SALES & OPERATIONS OFFICER Reporting To: Operations Manager Location: Lusaka Supervises: Sales Assistants Role Purpose To manage daily outlet operations, maximise revenue, enforce pricing and stock discipline, and drive Sales Assistant performance using a structured, data-driven system. Key Responsibilities Revenue management and target achievement Stock control and reconciliation Cash handling and financial reporting Supervision and performance management of Sales Assistants Customer experience management Reporting Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Degree in any field Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail, sales, or operations management Strong numerical and analytical skills Experience handling cash and inventory systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other applications Remuneration Starting ZMW1,500 plus commission, performance-based bonuses Sharing is Caring!
