s.\r\n \tContract Management: Explain contract terms, facilitate signing of employee contracts and maintain updated employee files.\r\n \tOnboarding & Induction: Conduct induction sessions for all new staff, ensuring cultural and compliance alignment.\r\n \tPerformance Management: Conduct appraisals for Junior Support Staff (JSS) and Support Staff (SS) while ensuring that outsourced employees have been correctly appraised by the assigned clients.\r\n \tClient Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for outsourced staff matters and service delivery.\r\n \tPeriodic Toolbox Talks: Facilitate safety briefings and address HR queries.\r\n \tStatutory Compliance: Ensure timely registrations, returns, and accurate submissions (e.g., NAPSA, NHIMA, ZRA).\r\n \tPayroll Administration: Verify inputs (attendance, overtime), prepare payroll, payslips, and manage payment schedules.\r\n \tManage petty cash assigned to the needs of the respective assigned clients.\r\n \tLeave Management: Process leave applications and maintain updated leave schedules.\r\n \tDisciplinary Management: Record proceedings and enforce disciplinary code.\r\n \tEvent Participation: Support client events (training, team building) and represent TopFloor as a brand ambassador at all assigned client engagements.\r\n \tPolicy Enforcement: Implement HR policies and disciplinary guidelines across internal and outsourced teams.\r\n \tReporting: Prepare monthly client service summaries (entries, exits, incidents, rewards, etc.).\r\n \tTraining Delivery: Facilitate sessions on workplace productivity, budgeting, mental wellness, and policy awareness.\r\n \tSuccession Planning: Coach junior staff and support capacity-building initiatives.\r\n \tWelfare Management: Monitor and support staff wellness and welfare.\r\n \tSite Visits: Conduct periodic client site visits to assess staff engagement and service quality.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nRequirements\r\n\r\n\r\n \t\r\n\r\n \tMust be aligned to the TopFloor brand values.\r\n \tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent with bias toward Human Resources.\r\n \tMinimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with provable track record in a similar role with experience in outsourcing and administrative tasks as explained above.\r\n \tDemonstrated experience with HR practices especially onboarding, disciplinary case management, recruitment and and processes.\r\n \tShould have demonstrable skill in the use of MS Office skills (Word, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint).\r\n \tMust have working knowledge of Sage Pastel software.\r\n \tShould understand how to use the Google based work systems (Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive).\r\n \tMust be a registered member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management\u00a0(ZIHRM).\r\n \tDemonstrable understanding of Labour Laws and labour laws.\r\n \tExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.\r\n \tStrong interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written forms.\r\n \tAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.\r\n \tAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective working relationships.\r\n \tStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\r\n \tFluent in written and spoken English.\r\n \tFluent in verbally communicating in at least one major local language.\r\n \tAbility to travel across client sites.\r\n \tValid driver\u2019s license.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n ","datePosted":"2026-05-05T15:13:52","validThrough":"2026-05-15T00:00:00","employmentType":"FULL_TIME","hiringOrganization":{"@type":"Organization","name":"TopFloor","sameAs":"https://jobwebzambia.com/jobs/human-capital-associate-outsourcing-topfloor/"},"jobLocation":{"@type":"Place","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","streetAddress":"LUSAKA","addressLocality":"LUSAKA","postalCode":"10101","addressRegion":"LUSAKA","addressCountry":"ZM"}},"baseSalary":{"@type":"MonetaryAmount","currency":"ZMK","value":{"@type":"QuantitativeValue","value":"445","minValue":"1113","maxValue":"11134","unitText":"MONTH"}}} Home About Us Contact Privacy Policy DMCA Policy Login/Register Submit a Job Home Submit Job Register My Dashboard About Us Linkedln Page Submit a job Search Today: 2448 Jobs 5 May 2026 Human Capital Associate β Outsourcing at TopFloor Never Miss a Job Update Again.
