POSITION: Telesales Agents CONTRACT: Permanent LOCATION: Lusaka REPORTS TO: Sales Manager Key Responsibilities Contact existing customers to confirm order quantities, delivery accuracy, and product quality Generate new weekly orders from customers Inform customers about promotions and new products Handle customer complaints and maintain strong customer relationships Receive and reconcile cash from Vansales, CCDs, and Depots Clear customer accounts by matching invoices, credit notes, and cash received Identify and follow up on outstanding customer balances Process cash disbursements following approved requisitions Ensure proper documentation and identification for all cash payments Qualifications Required: Minimum: Diploma in Sales / Marketing/ Business Administration Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales At least 1 year as a Sales Representative in a similar environment Ideal: 3+ years’ experience in FMCG sales Valid driver’s license Sharing is Caring!
