Business Development Drive client acquisition and management of existing Mining sector relationships in line with the Bank’s strategy to achieve quality business growth. Maintain, grow, and reactivate relationships with key mining clients to improve deposit mobilization and loan portfolio growth. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mining value chain, including contractors, suppliers, and associated industries. Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the mining sector to inform business strategies and enhance market share. Drive synergy between Corporate Banking, Business Banking, Trade Finance, and Treasury to maximize revenue opportunities from mining clients. Ensure value chain opportunities within the mining ecosystem are fully leveraged in collaboration with internal business units. Develop periodic sector performance reports for presentation to management. 2. Product Management Provide strategic direction to product teams to develop and deliver tailored financial solutions for the mining sector. Identify gaps in current product offerings and recommend innovative solutions to meet evolving mining client needs. Support the development of structured finance solutions to enhance client relationships and profitability. Advise the Head Corporate Banking on emerging opportunities within the mining sector and propose commercially viable strategies. Promote cross-selling of the Bank’s products including trade finance, cash management, and treasury solutions. 3. Strategy & Networking Develop and implement a comprehensive Mining Sector Strategy aligned with the Bank’s overall Corporate Banking objectives. Build and maintain strategic relat
