PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT: KALUMBILA – LUMWANA SENIOR FOREMAN Primary Qualifications: • Grade Twelve Certificate. • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or any related field. • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction, with exposure to concrete, civil and earthworks. • Able to interpret construction drawings • Ability to lead and coordinate teams, allocating tasks and mentoring personnel • Safety conscious and enforcements • Understanding of materials, construction methods, tools, and basic surveying • Able to report records of work progress, labour hours, materials used and site incidents • Valid membership with EIZ Sharing is Caring!
