As part of our global expansion, we are seeking an International Legal & Business Development Representative based in Zambia or Nigeria. ROLE DEFINITION: This is NOT a legal execution role. The position does NOT involve: – handling legal cases – providing legal representation – executing legal work The role is strictly focused on: – client acquisition – relationship building – structuring engagements – transferring matters to internal legal teams CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: – Identify and attract clients (local and international) – Build strategic relationships with businesses, investors and professionals – Understand client needs and structure legal engagements – Act as primary interface between client and firm – Transfer matters to relevant internal departments – Maintain long-term client relationships – Participate in international business and investment opportunities SCOPE OF ACTIVITY: The role is NOT geographically limited.
