The key purpose of the Corporate Brand and Communications Manager will lead and manage the overall brand communications strategy in Zambia. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive communication plans, managing public relations activities, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the company’s public image and drive engagement. Ensure alignment with group brand guidelines and manage major brand projects and initiatives. Oversee the production of all digital content, including photography, video, multimedia, and online copy. Ensure brand compliance under the guidance of the company brand policies. Develop engaging and effective corporate communication campaigns to drive understanding and buy-in among critical stakeholders. Corporate Brand Strategy: Lead the formulation of brand strategies and plans to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. Develop and execute integrated communication and engagement strategies to positively influence stakeholder perception.
