MULTIPLE POSITIONS – ACCOUNTING MANAGER, MAINTENANCE MANAGER & ACCOUNTANT PAYABLES Kamimbi Aqua Feed Limited invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Accounting Manager, Maintenance Manager and Accountant-Payables. These roles are based at the Kamimbi Aqua Feed Siavonga factory, Accounting Manager with occasional operations in the Lusaka Office. ACCOUNTING MANAGER (X01) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and manage the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including taxation, regulatory filings, and financial reporting obligations. Provide timely and accurate financial reports and insights to management for decision-making. Manage supplier payments for raw materials used in fish feed production (e.g., soya, maize, additives). Oversee customer invoicing and collections for finished fish feed products. Monitor and control credit terms, outstanding receivables, and supplier obligations. Ensure effective working capital management. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for ongoing operations. Oversee online banking transactions, payments, and reconciliations. Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and advise management on funding requirements. Work closely with operations to ensure accurate inventory valuation of raw materials and finished goods. Monitor and control production costs and variances. Ensure proper accounting for stock movements and consumption within the plant. Oversee the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing. Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (e.g., PAYE, NHIMA, NAPSA). Provide financial guidance and strategic input to management. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Support int
