Technician, Condition Monitoring

:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nPurpose\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nTo execute condition monitoring inspections and data collection activities on plant equipment using approved CM technologies, ensuring accurate reporting of asset conditions to support reliability decision-making and improve equipment availability and maintainability.\r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\nHealth, Safety and Environment Management\r\n\r\n \tComply with all Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.\r\n\r\n\r\n \tConduct pre-task risk assessments and adhere to safe work practices.\r\n \tIdentify, report and follow up on hazards in assigned areas.\r\n \tParticipate in sectional safety inspections and HSE initiatives.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nCondition Monitoring Execution:\r\n\r\n \tExecute scheduled conditions monitoring PM tasks as per weekly and monthly plans.\r\n \tPerform vibration data collection using approved instruments (e.g., ADASH or equivalent).\r\n \tConducting laser shaft alignment and balancing activities under supervision where is required.\r\n \tPerform Non-Destructive Testing (MPI, DPI, UT thickness testing) as assigned.\r\n \tSupport thermographic inspections where applicable.\r\n \tCarry out shutdown supplementary inspections on critical equipment.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nData Management & Reporting:\r\n\r\n \tUpload and validate collected CM data into approved reporting systems.\r\n \tPrepare basic condition reports highlighting observed defects and abnormalities.\r\n \tEscalate critical findings immediately to the Technical Specialist or Reliability team.\r\n \tMaintain accuracy and integrity of field data and inspection records.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nMaintenance Coordination Support\r\n\r\n \tFollow up on issued CM recommendations and confirm work order creation.\r\n \tProvide field feedback to planners and maintenance supervisors when required.\r\n \tSupport verification of corrective actions during post-maintenance inspections.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nContinuous Improvement & Develo
