Brewery Logistics Manager

\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe\u00a0Key Purpose\u00a0of this role is to implement and uphold ABInBev\u2019s safety standards. Manage the brewery and regional distribution, fleet & safety, inventory, and warehousing functions so that customer service levels can be optimized and that benchmarked productivity standards are met. Implement standard operating processes in line with DPO and VPO standards. Manage VLC, ZBB and SCOH costs in line with annual flexed targets.\r\n\r\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nFleet & Safety:\r\n\r\n \tEnsures a safe and healthy working environment for internal and external stakeholders\r\n \tEnsures that the site(s) operates in a lawful and ethical manner, abides to the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act, Road Transport Act, Governance Codes (Combined Code) of practice pertaining to Safety and Fleet Management\r\n \tEnsures that legislative requirements are met and fully implemented\r\n \tMaintains a robust system of SIO generation and close out\r\n \tQuarterly safety reviews are conducted with the Logistics and Supply Directors to identify risk trends and mitigation plans\r\n \tCompletes an annual risk review of internal and external processes, identifying relevant mitigation plans and implementing them\r\n \tEnsures company fleet is in good operating condition\r\n \tImplement and enforce safety protocols and procedures across all site and regional operations to ensure compliance with industry standards\r\n \tConduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions promptly\r\n\r\nQuality:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n \tEnsures that logistics teams adhere to quality guidelines specified by the Zone so that customers receive stock as per ABInbev\u2019s quality guidelines\r\n \tAdheres to Zone blocking mechanisms to ensure that blocked stock is at no time a risk to our stakeholders\r\n \tManages DOC & stock age for finished goods inventories in order to proactively identify opportun
