WHAT YOU’LL DO Client & Compliance Management Ensure clients remain compliant with all relevant regulatory bodies and statutory requirements Liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients and handle official correspondence Stay current with evolving HR legislation and best practices Payroll & Records Manage end-to-end payroll processing and fulfil all statutory obligations Maintain accurate and secure HR records in both physical and electronic formats Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting through to offer Draft and verify employment contracts and related onboarding documentation Facilitate smooth employee onboarding and induction experiences HR Advisory & Policy Draft, review, and implement HR policies and procedures for clients Chair disciplinary hearings and produce accurate hearing minutes Respond to client HR queries promptly and professionally Sensitise employees to workplace processes, policies, and expectations Team Support Provide operational support to Senior Associates Assist with training and development activities as required Collaborate across business divisions to deliver seamless client service WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Essential Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in HR administration and payroll processing Advanced working knowledge of Zambian employment law and HR best practices Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Current member
