Managing Director – Kariba Minerals Limited

\r\n \r\n\r\nJob Purpose\u00a0\u00a0\r\n\r\nThe Managing Director (MD) is responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision to the Company by working with the Board of Directors and the senior management team to\r\nestablish, implement and over-see the goals, strategies, plans and policies of the Company, subject to the direction and oversight of the Board of Directors.\u00a0The MD will advance and build on the vision, mission, and commercial development of Kariba Minerals Limited. The MD will be responsible for leading the management team and should have a balanced combination of an understanding of mining, industrial processing and production, people management and commercial operations experience.\u00a0 \u00a0The MD will lead the commercial and strategic focus of the Company and will be the representative in interacting and managing relationships with all stakeholders within the Company including the KML Board.\r\n\r\nPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES\r\n\r\nStrategy Implementation\r\n\r\n\u2022 Works with the Board of Directors to develop the organizational strategy.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Implements the strategic plan for the company.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Provides policy options for consideration by the Board of Directors.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Implement, review and ensures policies and procedures that increase the financial\r\n\r\nand operational effectiveness of the Company.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Develops and implement Company cultural transformation change.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Communicates and implements the Company\u2019s vision, mission and overall direction.\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\nOperations\r\n\r\n\u2022 Coordinates the operations and functions of the Company through meetings, reports, and liaison with senior management in order to garner synergies requisite for the cost effective attainment of the strategic objectives of the Company.\r\n\r\n\u2022Drives and monitors Company performance against set objectives in order to attain set targets.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Ensures that resolutions of the Board
