We currently manage 24 protected areas across 13 African countries, including Zambia. Job Purpose The Plant Operator will safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment, including a front-end loader and motor grader, to support road maintenance, site development, and other park operations while complying with safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities Operate front-end loaders and motor graders safely and efficiently. Carry out road grading, maintenance, and site preparation. Load, transport, and spread materials as required. Conduct daily equipment inspections before and after use. Perform basic maintenance checks and report any faults. Maintain equipment logbooks, including fuel usage and operating hours.
