Purpose of the Role The Assistant Accountant will support the Finance Department by processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Capture financial transactions accurately in Serenic. Maintain and circulate the Invoice Tracker and follow up on outstanding invoices. Prepare and update work and salary advances schedules. Reconcile petty cash daily and prepare monthly cash count reports. Prepare monthly statutory reconciliations (PAYE, NAPSA, NHIMA, etc.).
