Claims & Policy Administration Officers × 3 (Temporary | 6 months) Location: Lusaka & Choma Job Description To provide end-to-end administrative support in the Policy Administration and Claims Department. Minimum Qualifications Diploma in Insurance with 1–3 years’ experience in claims or underwriting. 2. Claims Clerk × 1 Location: Lusaka Job Description To support the claims department with front office management, payments, and claims processing, ensuring that the claims are discharged effectively and efficiently. Minimum Qualifications Diploma in Insurance with 1–3 years’ experience in claims or underwriting. 3. Account Executive – Broker Markets × 1 Location: Lusaka Job Description To support Broker Markets with quotations, reports, data input, and filing etc. to ensure effective operations of the business unit.
