Job description: Overall Job Purpose The role is responsible for the overall management and supervision of company-provided accommodation and FQM facilities, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality living standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations. This also includes implementing and enforcing preventive maintenance strategies and programs on FQM Assets. The position also drives the implementation of robust risk management practices, such as training, inspections, and incident management. Additionally, the role involves asset management strategy implementation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing regular reporting.
