This role ensures the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services (such as X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, and MRI) while maintaining strict regulatory compliance, optimizing patient workflows, and driving the strategic growth of the center in the Zambian healthcare market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Operations & Patient Workflow Management – Oversee daily center operations to ensure optimal patient throughput and minimal wait times. – Implement and maintain efficient workflows for patient registration, scheduling, imaging, and report dispatch. – Manage the Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) to guarantee seamless data handling.
