:\r\n\r\nJob Summary\r\n\r\nThe holder of this position will be required to adhere to all relevant requirements, policies, procedures and legal regulations pertaining to health, safety, environment and quality, as well as finance, human resources, and any other regulations as required by the company and relevant to the level of the role and responsibilities of the function.\r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\n \tTrain and deem competent the Heavy Equipment Repair Trainees\r\n \tMaintain oversight of trainees while on site doing their On-The-Job modules\r\n \tDevelop training aids such as manuals and handbooks\r\n \tPresent training programs using recognized training techniques and tools\r\n \tFacilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching\r\n \tDesign and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness\r\n \tCompile training reports on training outcomes\r\n \tProvide feedback on training progress to management\r\n \tEvaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology\r\n \tMaintain student training records\r\n \tEstablish and maintain relationships with external training tools suppliers\r\n \tEnsure good housekeeping in the heavy equipment repair workshop and the immediate surroundings\r\n \tCoordinate off-site training activities for students when necessary\r\n \tKeep current on training design and methodology\r\n \tAny other duties as may be reasonably requested of you by your supervisor, in line with effective operations of the Training Department.\r\n\r\nQualifications and Experience\r\n\r\n \tMinimum of a Grade 12 Certificate\r\n \tMinimum Technician Certificate in Heavy Equipment Repair Trade\r\n \tMinimum Diploma in Teaching Methodology from a recognised institution\r\n \tMember of EIZ\r\n \tTeveta accredited trainer\/assessor\r\n \tZAQA Validated Qualifications\r\n \tA minimum of 3 years relevant training experience in the mining Industry \u200b","dat
