Position: Broker Location: Lusaka We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Broker to join our Lusaka office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and supporting business growth through effective service and sound risk management advice. Key Responsibilities: Prompt delivery of high-quality day-to-day client service. Should be able to assess client’s insurance risk needs and provide / advise solutions. Negotiating insurance placements with insurers. Should be able to conduct renewal processes for clients. This includes preparation of necessary reports used in the renewal process. Attending client meetings i.e. Pre-Renewal Meetings, Renewal meetings and client sales meetings. Ensuring Insurance Policy Documents are issued, checked and shared with clients. Debt collection to ensure clients are following agreed credit terms. To
