It requires a combination of operational leadership and technical focus, blending civil engineering expertise with a strong commitment to safety and environmental responsibility. While not providing technical design direction, the incumbent plays a pivotal role in challenging constructability, identifying risks, and collaborating with subject matter experts and engineers to ensure safe, achievable outcomes.
