As our client portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead implementation and support operations while ensuring successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across our ERP and Software Solutions portfolio. Position Overview NetOne is seeking an experienced Project & Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of ERP, software, and digital transformation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, resource coordination, customer communication, project documentation, project reporting, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards. This role will work closely with implementation consultants, developers, support teams, customers, and management to drive project visibility, accountability, and successful project closure. Key Responsibilities Manage
