Proficiency in MS Office. Zambian Legal Requirements Must be approved and registered by the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) . Must hold a valid certificate of practice issued by ZIHRM . Employers are legally required to only hire registered HR practitioners. Your HR qualifications must be validated by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA) .
