JOB TITLE: FINANCE MANAGER (FM) Number of positions:01 Internship program listings Reporting to: Chief Finance Officer Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract Role Summary As Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving efficiency across budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Policies Manages regularly the formulation, review, and implementation of financial management policies, regulations, and guidelines in order to ensure adherence to statutory provisions, standards, and best practices. Leadership and Team Management Manages effectively, the provision of leadership to the team in order to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement thereby motivating employees, enhancing morale, and achieving performance targets. Strategic Planning Manages timely, the preparation and implementation of strategic plans in order to operationalise and execute the vision, mission and objectives of the organisation and ensure alignment with national priorities. Financial Reporting Manages timely, the preparation and submission of financial reports in order to comply with financial regulations and facilitate informed decision-making. Budgets and Work Plans Manages timely, the preparation of the annual budgets, work plans in order to mobilize financial resources, control costs, and achieve financial goals. Budgetary Control Manages effectively, the monitoring of finances in order to ensure that management of financial resources complies with the approved budgets and financial regulations.
