This role sits right at the center of that push. The Role We’re looking for a Marketing & Client Relations Officer to help drive the marketing of our properties and strengthen how we communicate with clients, from first enquiry through to after-sales support. You’ll be a key part of Greenview’s growth, helping more people discover and confidently invest in our developments. What You’ll Do Plan and run marketing campaigns (digital and on-the-ground) to promote current and upcoming property listings Manage and grow Greenview’s social media presence and website content Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally, across phone, email, and social channels Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients throughout their buying/leasing journey Coordinate marketing materials, brochures, listing sheets, signage, photos/video of properties Track leads and enquiries, following up to convert interest into sales Support site visits and open days for prospective buyers/tenants Gather client feedback and help improve the overall client experience What We’re Looking For Experience in marketing, communications, sales, or client relations (real est
