Senior Coordinator Mechanical

:\r\n\r\nPurpose\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe Dewatering Coordinator (Mechanical) oversees all mechanical aspects of dewatering operations within the mining site, ensuring efficient and reliable water management. This role includes planning, scheduling, maintaining, and optimizing dewatering equipment to support continuous mining operations while adhering to safety and environmental standards.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nEducation\r\n\r\n \tAn Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, etc.)\r\n\r\nSkills\r\n\r\n \tStrong knowledge of mechanical systems related to pumps, pipelines (HDPE & Steel), and dewatering infrastructure.\r\n \tProblem-solving abilities in mechanical troubleshooting and system optimization.\r\n \tProficiency in maintenance planning and scheduling.\r\n \tGood communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.\r\n \tProficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of maintenance software is a plus.\r\n \t5 years\u2019 experience in electrical pumping systems, installation, maintenance and operation.\r\n \t5+ Years experience in the operation and maintenance high TDH and volume diesel pumps.\r\n \tExperience with powerlines and trolley assist installation (desired but not required)\r\n\r\n\r\n \tSafety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, regulations, and standards related to mechanical dewatering systems and report hazards.\r\n \tEquipment Management: Plan and conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for pumps, pipelines, and associated dewatering equipment.\r\n \tOperational Monitoring: Track performance metrics for dewatering operations, ensuring equipment efficiency and reliability.
