The Job holder will act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition &Onboarding Assist in therecruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies,screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Conductinitial HR interviews and coordinate background checks or referenceverifications. Coordinate andexecute the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive necessarytraining, tools, and a seamless introduction to the company culture.
