SITE FOREMAN We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record of successfully managing construction teams on site. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and supervise all daily construction activities on assigned project sites. Lead, direct and motivate construction workers, subcontractors and artisans to achieve project objectives. Allocate daily work assignments and monitor productivity to ensure work is completed according to schedule. Ensure all construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor workmanship and ensure all works meet company quality standards and industry best practices. Conduct routine supervision of ongoing works and identify defects requiring corrective action. Coordinate the efficient use of labour, materials, tools, equipment and machinery to minimize delays and wastage. Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, labour attendance, material usage and work progress. Ensure timely requisition of construction materials and report shortages before they affect project timelines through the site manager Enforce compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental regulations at all times.
