We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team in the following positions: Location: Unilus ,Silverest Campus 1. HEAD CHEF The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, maintaining food safety standards, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all kitchen operations. Develop menus and ensure consistent food quality and presentation. Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve operational standards. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and sanitation requirements. Manage kitchen stock levels and minimize food wastage. Monitor food preparation processes and maintain quality control. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Required Qualifications and Experience: Grade 12 Certificate. Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Food Production or a related field. Degree in Hospitality Management or related field will be an added advantage. Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in a supervisory kitchen role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure in a busy catering environment. 2. PASTRY CHEF The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked products while maintaining excellent food quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare pastries, cakes, desserts, and other bakery products. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the pastry section. Manage ingredients and minimize wastage. Follow production schedules and customer requirements. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team. Required Qualifications and Experience: Grade 12 Certificate. Ce
