The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cash-flow management, inventory accounting and regulatory compliance. The Head Accountant will also supervise accounting employees and provide management with accurate financial information for decision-making. Key Responsibilities Oversee the company’s daily accounting and financial operations. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Manage the general ledger and month-end and year-end closing processes. Review bank, cash, inventory, supplier and customer reconciliations. Develop annual budgets and monitor actual results against approved budgets. Prepare cash-flow forecasts and monitor the company’s working-capital position.
