\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Accountabilities\r\n\r\nBULK CASH DEPOSITS AND ENCASHMENTS 90% :\r\n\r\n \tVerify that security seals are intact and acknowledge receipt of the cash containers\r\n \tCount cash and agree with customer deposits totals\r\n \tCapture deposit on FOS or equivalent system\r\n \tAdvise any cash discrepancies to the team manager and raise adjustment entries\r\n \tPrepare wages and as per customer requisitions\r\n \tEncash customer cheques for requisitions\r\n \tBalance own cash and advise team manager of any differences\r\n \tRaise adjustment entries for the differences\r\n \tPay cash into \/draw cash from treasury.\r\n \tProvide cover for other team members as required plus any other duties that may be provided by line manager\r\n \tProvide advice to customers on the cash process to ensure the smooth flow of transaction\r\n \tSupport and adopt the implementation of change initiatives.\r\n \tWhen directly receiving customer enquires, attempt to resolve the enquiry at the first instance by using the bank\u2019s systems.
