Human Resource Officer

SUN SHARE WE ARE HIRING HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER GENERAL REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in HR, with significant experience in a senior roles. Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, employee relations, and organisational best practices. Develop and implement the organisation’s HR strategy, policies, and procedures in line with business objectives. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and succession planning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Assist with payroll, leave management, and performance appraisals. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters professionally. Prepare HR reports and support training initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 Certificate. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Valid ZIHRM membership. Minimum 2–3 years’ HR or administrative experience.
