:\r\n\r\nOverall Job Purpose\r\n\r\n \tThe position exists to maintain equipment to the OEM specifications and standards.\r\n \tThe HER Fitter must be able to perform preventative and routine maintenance and work on the Crusher or any equipment as instructed by the supervisor.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nSpecific Job Responsibility\r\n\r\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The specific tasks to be performed by the position holder will include;\r\n\r\n \tMaintain records by recording service and repairs on equipment.\r\n \tKeeps all mining equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.\r\n \tUpdates job knowledge by using and understanding workshop manuals.\r\n \tAccomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.\r\n \tAny other tasks as may be delegated upon by the supervisor.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nJob Specific Competencies\r\n\r\n \tTroubleshooting on all types of equipment.\r\n \tKnowledge of Hydraulic systems and know how to read diagrams.\r\n \tBasic knowledge on Electrical.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Job Attributes\r\n\r\n \tAble to handle work with a great sense of professionalism\r\n \tPossesses good organizational skills\r\n \tGood oriented person\r\n \tMaintain a professional approach to duties and responsibilities with the capability of making timely, rational decisions and an ability to meet deadlines.\r\n \tAct with honesty and integrity in all areas: maintain confidentiality in dealings with subordinates, clients and customers.\r\n \tDemonstrate accuracy, time management and organizational skills.\r\n \tMaintain a professional work ethic through effective, honest communication with supervisors, peers, and subordinates.\r\n \tCommitment to reach or exceed maintenance, operational and safety goals.\r\n \tWork effectively in a team environment, supporting other team members when needed.\r\n \tThe ability and drive to manage maint
