Job Title: Sales Personnel Job Location: Lusaka Company Name: Coptic Hospital Coptic Hospital is inviting applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and results-driven individuals for the position of Sales Personnel . Key Responsibilities Promote and market the hospital’s services to prospective clients, organizations, and partners. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct client visits and presentations where required. Follow up on leads, enquiries, and potential business opportunities. Achieve set sales and business development targets. Prepare and submit regular sales reports. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth. Represent the hospital professionally at meetings, events, and other promotional activities. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure excellent client service. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements Grade 12 Certificate. Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field; a degree will be an added advantage. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be professional, presentable, honest, and trustworthy.
