Specialist, IT Business Partner

:\r\n\r\nPurpose\r\nSupport IT business engagement initiatives across the organization to ensure IT and Digital solutions deliver maximum business value and accelerate digital transformation. Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, align IT strategy with business objectives, and champion organizational change management to drive the successful adoption of technology initiatives. Manage IT projects using best practice methodologies such as Agile Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches, while collaborating with IT & Digital Leads and Superintendents to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\nProject strategy, initiation and business value\r\n\r\n \tShape project objectives, scope, success measures and delivery approach with sponsors and business stakeholders.\r\n \tDevelop, review and challenge business cases to ensure projects remain viable, prioritised and aligned to business value.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nRequirements Management & Solution Alignment\r\n\r\n \tLead\u00a0requirements-gathering\u00a0initiatives, ensuring business needs are thoroughly understood and documented\r\n \tConduct business impact assessments and gap analysis to inform solution architecture and implementation approaches\r\n \tValidate that delivered solutions meet business acceptance criteria and champion user-centric design principles\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nDelivery planning and execution\r\n\r\n \tPlan and manage software development and IT projects using fit-for-purpose Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methods.\r\n \tDefine roles, accountabilities, milestones and governance controls, including Scrum Master responsibilities where required.\r\n \tSupport IT Finance and Procurement management\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nChange Management & Digital Adoption\r\n\r\n \tDesign and implement enterprise-wide change management strategies for major technology initiatives and digital transformation programs\r\n \tLead organi
