:\r\n\r\nOverall, Job Purpose\r\n\r\n \tTo safely and efficiently operate and monitor crushing plant equipment.\r\n \tTo ensure continuous production of aggregate materials that meet required quality and volume targets, while adhering to company safety, environmental, and operational standards\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nSpecific Job Responsibility\r\n\r\n \tOperate primary, secondary, and tertiary crushing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.\r\n \tMonitor crusher performance, conveyor systems, and associated plant equipment.\r\n \tEnsure consistent feed to the plant to maintain optimal throughput and minimize downtime.\r\n \tConduct pre-start inspections, routine checks, and basic maintenance activities.\r\n \tIdentify, report, and assist in troubleshooting mechanical and operational faults.\r\n \tMaintain product quality by monitoring material gradation and adjusting settings as required.\r\n \tEnsure all work is carried out in compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.\r\n \tKeep work areas clean and organized in line with housekeeping standards.\r\n \tAccurately complete log sheets, reports, and shift handover information.\r\n \tCommunicate effectively with supervisors and maintenance teams regarding plant performance.\r\n \tParticipate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nJob Specific Competencies\r\n\r\n \tKnowledge of crushing plant operations and material handling processes.\r\n \tBasic mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment functionality.\r\n \tAbility to interpret plant conditions and respond appropriately to variations.\r\n \tFamiliarity with safety procedures, lockout\/tagout systems, and hazard identification.\r\n \tAbility to operate control systems of PC7 and HMI plant monitoring package.\r\n \tStrong attention to detail and quality control awareness.\r\n \tGood communication and teamwork skills.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Job Attributes\r\n\r\n \tStrong safety-conscious mindset.\r\n \t
