Assist with recruitment and selection of drivers, operations staff, workshop employees and other company personnel, including advertising, shortlisting, interviews and reference checks. Coordinate employee onboarding, induction and orientation, including collection and verification of required employee documents. Monitor employee attendance, absenteeism, lateness and leave, and prepare attendance reports for management. Assist in processing monthly payroll information, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, leave and other employee-related payroll inputs. Assist with employee performance management, probation reviews, appraisals and preparation of relevant HR documentation. Support the HR Manager in handling employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and workplace complaints in accordance with c
