:\r\n\r\nReliability Engineering\r\n\r\n \tDevelop and continuously improve reliability strategies for TSF assets.\r\n \tFacilitate Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies and reviews.\r\n \tConduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA\/FMECA) for critical assets.\r\n \tIdentify reliability risks and recommend mitigation measures.\r\n \tPerform Weibull and reliability statistical analysis where applicable.\r\n \tDevelop reliability models and maintenance improvement plans.\r\n \tMonitor asset performance and establish asset health indicators.\r\n \tProvide technical guidance to maintenance and operations teams on reliability matters.\r\n\r\nAsset Health Monitoring\r\n\r\n \tMonitor equipment health using predictive maintenance technologies.\r\n \tEvaluate data obtained from vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing and non-destructive testing (NDT).\r\n \tDevelop condition monitoring programs for critical TSF assets.\r\n \tIdentify early warning signs of equipment degradation and recommend corrective action.\r\n \tMonitor performance of pipelines, pumps, valves, pontoon systems, decant systems and dam infrastructure.\r\n \tSupport development of digital asset health and condition monitoring systems.\r\n\r\nDefect Elimination and Root Cause Failure Analysis\r\n\r\n \tLead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for significant equipment failures.\r\n \tFacilitate cross-functional failure investigation workshops.\r\n \tDevelop corrective and preventive actions following asset failures.\r\n \tMaintain defect elimination registers and track implementation progress.\r\n \tIdentify bad actors and develop improvement plans to improve reliability.\r\n \tConduct trend analysis of recurring failures and downtime events.\r\n\r\nPreventive Maintenance Optimization\r\n\r\n \tDevelop and execute Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO) initiatives.\r\n \tReview maintenance strategies to ensure alignment with failure modes.\r\n \tOptimize preve
