Temporary ERP Support Assistant (x4)

\r\nTo provide hands-on support to Finance users during the ERP Finance Module parallel run, assist with operational validation activities, support user adoption, document issues, and coordinate timely resolution with the ERP Project Team, Finance process owners, and implementation partner.\r\n\r\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\r\n\r\n \tDeliver first-line support to Finance Module users throughout the parallel run and initial post-go-live period.\r\n \tAssist users with transaction processing, navigation, follow-up workflow, and routine system queries.\r\n \tSupport data validation, reconciliation checks, exception tracking, and comparison of outputs between the ERP Finance Module and the current system.\r\n \tLog, classify, track, and escalate system issues, user challenges, and process gaps for resolution.\r\n \tAssist with preparation of user guides, frequently asked questions, quick reference materials, and adoption support notes.\r\n \tSupport training refreshers, user clinics, and change management activities across ZCCM-IH and subsidiaries.\r\n \tPrepare daily or weekly support summaries highlighting issues, resolutions, adoption risks, and pending actions.\r\n\r\nPerform any other ERP support activities assigned by the ERP Project Manager.\r\nJob Requirements\r\n\r\n \tDegree in Accounting and Finance or a professional accounting qualification i.e. ACCA, CIMA or ZICA\r\n \tMinimum 3 years\u2019 professional experience\r\n \tBasic understanding of finance processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, budgeting, fixed assets, or financial reporting.\r\n \tExperience using ERP, accounting, or business systems will be an added advantage.\r\n\r\nStrong computer literacy, communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to support users patiently and professionally.","datePosted":"2026-10-06T12:12:56","validThrough":"2026-10-16T00:00:00","employmentType":"FULL_TIME","hiringOrganization":{"@type":"Organization","name":"
