In this role, you will support the management of the company’s communication channels, including email campaigns and in-app messaging, while driving brand storytelling across all platforms. You will also be responsible for managing our blog, creating content, compelling articles, and overseeing our social media presence to enhance engagement and brand visibility. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the internal team by providing localised market insights, audience behaviour and relevant trends. Create and suggest social media content strategy that resonate with Zambian SMEs, entrepreneurs, and creatives. Create engaging posts (text, image and video) that drive audience engagement and growth.
