Position Summary The Contract Finance Manager will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, monitoring, performance management, and implementation of Contract Finance projects financed by Panda Africa Solutions Limited. The successful candidate will ensure effective project execution, sound financial oversight, adherence to established procedures, and the achievement of portfolio performance targets. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end management and implementation of Contract Finance projects. Coordinate project activities to ensure timely execution and achievement of agreed objectives. Monitor project progress, financial performance, loan repayments, and overall portfolio quality. Develop and implement strategies to improve portfolio performance and minimise credit risk. Supervise and manage the performance of the Contract Finance team, ensuring accountability and achievement of targets. Ensure proper loan documentation, disbursement controls, and compliance with internal policies and procedures. Identify project implementation challenges and financial risks, recommending appropriate corrective measures. Prepare and present periodic reports on project progress, portfolio performance, collections, and other key performance indicators to management. Maintain effective working relationships with clients, contractors, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders. Ensure that Contract Finance projects are managed efficiently, with appropriate risk controls and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
