We are therefore inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and results-driven professionals to fill the following position: MANAGER – HUMAN CAPITAL Reporting to: Chief Human Capital Officer JOB PURPOSE To support the effective implementation of Human Capital strategies, policies and procedures by delivering efficient HR services in recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee relations and compliance, in line with ZSIC-GI’s strategic objectives and statutory requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Recruitment and Staffing Leads sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing and selection of suitable candidates. Coordinates onboarding and induction of new employees. Maintains accurate recruitment records and staff files. 2. Performance Management Implements and monitors the performance management system. Tracks appraisals, performance improvement plans and documentation. Supports managers and staff during appraisal cycles. 3. Learning and Development Identifies training needs with supervisors and employees. Coordinates internal and external training programmes. Maintains training records and evaluates training effectiveness. 4. Employee Relations and Welfare Handles grievances, disciplinary processes and welfare matters in line with policy and labour laws. Promotes a positive work environment and employee engagement. Guides employees on HR policies and procedures. 5. Compensation and Benefits Provides accurate HR inputs for payroll preparation.
