Position Overview Zanaco Bank Plc is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the following job aimed at contributing to the Bank’s strategic vision, in the Commercial Division under the Retail Banking Department at Agora Lounge: Role Description To lead the growth and profitability of the assigned Private Banking portfolio by coordinating and managing client relationships, driving new business acquisition and supporting Private Bankers to deliver personalised financial solutions. The role serves as a key point of contact for clients, assesses their financial needs and recommends appropriate products and services while ensuring an exceptional customer experience, full regulatory compliance and sustainable value for both the client and the Bank. The role is also responsible for maintaining strategic alliance partnerships that strengthen the Private Banking customer value proposition. Requirements JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Under the supervision of the Head – Private Banking , the key responsibilities will include: · Take full accountability for the assigned Private Banking portfolio balance sheet, revenue, profitability and achievement of agreed financial targets. · Coordinate and manage Private Bankers’ client relationships, monitor sales and service activity, and provide coaching and guidance to improve portfolio performance. · Acquire, profile and onboard high-value clients by assessing their financial circumstances, goals, income, spending patterns, assets, liabilities, investments and transactional needs. · Develop and maintain trusted relationships with Private Banking clients, serving as a key point of contact and providing timely, personalised and differentiated service. · Recommend appropriate banking, credit, cash-management, investment, insurance and estate-planning solutions based on a thorough understanding of each client’s needs and risk profile. · Execute the Private Banking customer value proposition and maximise its val
