This includes supporting financial operations, financial compliance, audits, and partner financial oversight, ensuring accurate financial records, effective resource utilization, and adherence to organizational and donor requirements. Responsibilities Finance Operations Ensures that operational implementation budgets are prepared at NAVISION (NAV) and maintained correctly (all relevant links to Financial Resources are functional) Ensures that HR implementation budgets are prepared at NAV and maintained correctly (all relevant links to Financial Resources are functional) Prepares monthly money request for submission to HQ Audits & Financial Oversight Prepares documentation for statutory and system audits Tracks and supports implementation of audit recommendations Partnership Management Support Supports reviewing partners’/subgrantees’ financial reports for timeliness, accuracy, and donor compliance Sets up partners’ budgets in NAV Supports finance check-ins with partners; documents action points Supports spot checks and contributes to capacity assessments Accountability and Safeguarding including Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH ) Carry out the duties in accordance with the PIN Code of Conduct and Key policies Participate in training and awareness raising (CoC and KP, Safeguarding…) Support the implementation of Safeguarding measures.
