This role will oversee end-to-end credit processes, including credit originations, customer account management, and the sales of all CFS credit products. The successful candidate will implement operational strategies and lead the credit team to achieve sales targets while maintaining a healthy and compliant credit portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Optimize collections, book performance, and risk management. Streamline customer onboarding and ensure a seamless customer experience. Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, standards, procedures, and systems. Develop and implement effective credit sales strategies. Enable a culture of customer centricity, accountability, and collaboration. Lead, motivate, and develop the regional credit team to deliver results. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Credit Management (NQF Level 7). Minimum 5 years in a Management role in the financial services/credit environm
