Senior Specialist, Mobile Warehouse

:\r\n\r\nJob Purpose\r\n\r\n \tManage the buying team\r\n \tMonitor day to day ordering for stock and non-stock\/indent in timely fashion, ensure compliance to Company\u2019s policies and procedures\r\n \tStaff reviews and KPI feedback\r\n \tFollow up Urgent orders and expediting.\r\n \tFocus on ABC classification and ensure critical stock reorder points are evaluated and prioritized regularly\r\n \tAssist with design of reports in Pronto\r\n \tFollow up Consignment stock replenishment orders\r\n \tDocument policies and procedures for implementation\r\n \tEnd User and Vendor Liaison\r\n \tTo work in a safe manner, complying with and actively contributing to FQM\u2019s Health, Safety and Environmental HSE policies, manuals and procedures. At all times considering the health, safety and welfare of fellow workers, visitors, clients, community and the environment.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nJob Responsibility\r\n\r\n \tExperience in a Senior Role in Purchasing and Supply preferably within the mining industry.\r\n \tFamiliarity with sourcing and vendor management\r\n \tOperating experience with ERP systems, especially Pronto, essential\r\n \tInterest in market dynamics along with business sense\r\n \tGood working knowledge of excel\r\n \tAbility to gather and analyse data and to work with figures\r\n \tSolid judgement with ability to make good decisions\r\n \tLeadership capabilities\r\n \tAvailable to move between sites when required\r\n \tKnow how to be Safety compliant with all work\r\n \tAny other tasks as may be delegated upon by the supervisor.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nSpecific Competencies\r\n\r\n \tSelf-motivated and able to motivate others\r\n \tAble to prioritize work and respond to changing circumstances and demands with a strong focus on time management\r\n \tReliable and prepared to exercise initiative\r\n \tAbility to perform under pressure and meet targets and deadlines\r\n \tAble to communicate with all employees at all levels in the organization\r\n \tCooperative attitude\r\
