HOLLARD ZAMBIA Group Marketing and Communications Manager Job Purpose To provide strategic leadership and oversight of Marketing and Communications across the Hollard Zambia Group by developing and executing integrated marketing, brand and communications strategies that strengthen brand equity, drive business growth, enhance customer engagement and protect corporate reputation. Minimum Qualification Full Grade 12 Certificate. Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree added advantage. Minimum 10 years traceable work experience in Marketing & Communications. Paid up Full Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing. ZAQA Certified Qualifications are a must. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the annual Group Marketing Strategy. Protect and strengthen the Hollard brand across all customer touchpoints, ensure brand consistency throughout the organisation, manage branch branding across all offices, ensure brand compliance by internal and external stakeholders. Develop and implement marketing strategies for various insurance products, product launches, and product awareness initiatives. Monitor digital agency performance. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms. Lead planning and execution of all events, sponsorships and activations. Manage corporate reputation, media relations and stakeholder communications. Manage relationships with creative agency and suppliers. Measure marketing effectiveness and provide management with strategic insights. Responsible for all Public Relations activities.
